No — there’s no separate doctor’s visit required.

All new clients complete a quick telehealth medical clearance with our licensed provider (usually just a few minutes), which can even be done from your phone at your appointment. This is valid for one year and ensures your treatment is safe and personalized for you.

Yes — every drip is tailored to you. Your licensed provider reviews your health history, symptoms, and wellness goals to select the most appropriate therapy for your visit.

All treatments are physician-directed and administered by experienced registered nurses, so you get a plan that is both personalized and medically safe.

Infusions typically take 30–45 minutes, depending on the blend and your comfort level.
Very little! For the best experience, we recommend drinking water beforehand, having a light meal, and wearing comfortable clothing with sleeves that can be rolled up. We’ll take care of the rest when we arrive.
Certain infusions may not be appropriate during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. Please notify us during booking, and a licensed provider will determine you’re eligiblity.
Some IV therapies support immune function and recovery. However, if you have a fever or contagious illness, a provider may advise postponing treatment. Your safety is our top priority.
Our services are self-pay only at this time. While we do not bill insurance, we accept most major credit cards, as well as HSA/FSA cards for eligible services.

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. A $50 fee applies for missed appointments or cancellations made less than a 24 hours' notice.
