2. Book Your Service
Choose your IV infusion or IM injection online. You’ll receive a link to complete your required Good Faith Exam (for first time patients, good for one year).
3. Quick Good Faith Exam (once per year)
Michigan law requires a brief check-in with a licensed physician before treatment.
